The Workshop Card includes admission to 8 Tina Williams Art workshops for the price of 6. With over 17 workshops to choose from throughout the year, the cardholder can explore new techniques, strengthen their watercolor skills, and choose the workshops that interest them most.

Unlike a traditional gift certificate, there's no need to choose classes when you purchase. The cardholder can select workshops as they're released throughout the year.

HOW IT WORKS

Purchase your Workshop Card online or in the Paint Pantry. You'll receive a physical punch card good for 8 eligible workshop registrations — buy 6, get 2 FREE.

When you're ready to attend a workshop, simply email tinawilliamsart@gmail.com with the workshop you'd like to attend and your Workshop Card order number.

Bring your physical card with you on Day 1 of the workshop and I'll punch your card.

Choose one workshop now. Save the rest for later. Take all eight over the next year. Hoard the card for three years because you're waiting for the exact right class. I don't care. It never expires.

THE FINE PRINT

Workshop Cards are subject to the following terms:

• Workshop Card is valid for the cardholder only and may not be shared between multiple students.
• Each punch may be redeemed for one eligible workshop, regardless of whether that workshop meets for one, two, or three weeks. One workshop = one punch.
• Workshop Cards are valid for Tina Williams Art watercolor workshops only and may not be used for paint nights, private events, retreats, merchandise, private lessons, Art of Business, or other non-watercolor classes/events.
• Workshop registration is subject to availability. A Workshop Card does not guarantee a seat in a particular workshop.
• Advance registration is required. Please do not arrive at a workshop without first reserving your seat.
• The physical Workshop Card must be presented on Day 1 of the workshop for redemption.
• Workshop Cards cannot be combined with other discounts, promotional offers, memberships, Black Friday offers, introductory-class offers, or other special pricing.
• Workshop Card punches have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or converted into store credit.
• Workshop Cards and unused punches are non-refundable.
• Standard Tina Williams Art cancellation and attendance policies apply to all workshops reserved using the card. Once a workshop seat has been reserved/redeemed, the punch is considered used and will not be restored for cancellations or no-shows.
• Workshop Cards never expire.
• Workshop offerings vary throughout the year. Specific workshops, subjects, dates, locations, instructors, and availability are not guaranteed.
• Lost or damaged cards may be replaced only if the original purchase can be verified using the associated order number and remaining uses can be confirmed.
  • Additional supply charges are not included. If a workshop requires an additional purchase or supply fee (such as a specialty brush), that charge is the responsibility of the cardholder and must be paid separately. (Only select workshops have a minimal supply charge added for specialty supplies that you take with you) 
  • Workshop Cards may be used for 1-, 2-, or 3-week workshops; however, each workshop requires one punch regardless of length. No credit or refund will be given for the price difference when used for a 1- or 2-week workshop.

GIVING IT AS A GIFT?

Perfect. The purchaser does not have to be the person who uses the card.

Once gifted, the Workshop Card belongs to the recipient and is valid for that one cardholder for all eight workshops.
