How do I choose colors?

There isn’t a color menu because I custom-mix all of my own watercolor paints and can match virtually anything you have in mind. If you have inspiration, nursery photos, or a color palette you love, feel free to share it with me.

Where will the wording be placed?

Wording is placed at the bottom of the painting by default. If you’d like it positioned elsewhere, just let me know when you message me.

How will the embryo be oriented?

There is no true “top” or “bottom” to an embryo. I’ll place it in the orientation that allows for the strongest composition and the most visual impact. If you have a specific preference, you’re welcome to request it.

Do you add metallic accents?

Yes. Metallic highlights are automatically added to rainbow embryos and some softer, muted palettes.
If you would like metallic accents added—or prefer that they not be included—please specify in a message.

Gold and silver metallics are both available at no additional charge.
Please note: silver metallic does not show as strongly on a white background, so gold is typically recommended for lettering.

What color and style will the lettering be?

Lettering will be black unless otherwise requested. If you have a specific font or style in mind, please let me know. Otherwise, font selection is at the artist’s discretion.

Will I see the artwork before it ships?

Yes. A photo of the finished artwork will be sent to you for approval before shipping.

Will my artwork be shared publicly?

Finished embryo artwork is added to my Facebook embryo album unless otherwise requested. If you prefer your piece to remain private, simply let me know.

Is the artwork framed?

Artwork is shipped unframed to ensure safe delivery and allow you to choose a frame that best fits your space.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged, please send me a message with a photo before opening it and wait for further instructions. This helps me file a claim and arrange a replacement if needed.

How long will my order take?

Please refer to the processing time selected at checkout:

• 10–15 business days (standard)

• 5 business days (rush)

The “ready in 24 hours” message shown on the site is a static element I’m unable to remove. You can always check your place in the queue using the order status tab.

When will my order ship?

I can guarantee when your order will ship. Once it leaves my studio, delivery is handled by the postal service and is outside of my control.

Can I include more than one embryo?

Yes. There is no additional charge for including multiple embryos in the same painting.

What materials do you use?

All artwork is painted on 100% Arches watercolor paper, crafted in France for over 500 years. This quality carries through every step of my process—from brushes and pigments to packaging and shipping.

How do I send my photo?

Once your order is placed, please message me with a clear scan or photograph of your embryo. Photos of your nursery décor, theme, or inspiration are always welcome and help me perfectly match your vision.

Do you offer larger sizes?

If you don’t see the size you’re looking for, larger sizes are available by special request. Please note that custom sizes require additional processing time, as they are not kept in stock.
