·       Please purchase your tickets before arriving — seating is not guaranteed for walk-ins, and events often fill quickly

·       Check-in opens at 6:15 PM

·       If you arrive more than 15 minutes early, feel free to enjoy the hotel bar & lounge while we finish setting up your creative space

·       No refunds, credits, or exchanges for any reason

·       If you cannot attend, you are welcome to gift or transfer your seat for this event to a friend or loved one — they may simply check in under your name

·       No-shows and late arrivals are non-refundable

·       Guests under 21, or any guest displaying inappropriate behavior, may be refused service without refund (rare but required to state)
