📅 How It Works

  • Memberships are billed monthly automatically 

  • Credits are available during your active membership

  • Unused credits roll over as long as your membership remains active

  • Simply reserve your spot in any available class

  • Show up, relax, and paint—we take care of the rest

⏸ Membership Pause Policy

Life happens—we get it 💛

Members may pause their membership up to two times per calendar year

While your membership is paused, your benefits take a little rest too. This includes:

  • Class credits

  • Booking access

  • Member perks

  • Progress toward loyalty-based rewards (guest passes, private lessons, etc.)

Please note:
Credits roll over only while your membership remains active. Paused time does not count toward benefit eligibility timelines.  (if you pause for 3 months, you will receive your new free guest pass after 15 months (12 month + 3 months))

To ensure fairness and consistency:

  • Perks (guest passes, private lessons, discounts) unlock after 90 days of active membership

  • Benefits are based on active membership time (not calendar time)

  • Guest passes and private lessons are issued on a rolling 12-month basis

  • Perks do not accumulate during paused periods

📌 Booking Policy

  • Membership must be active at the time of booking

  • Reservations cannot be made while a membership is paused

  • Classes are first come, first served

  • Memberships are for individual use and may not be shared

💳 Billing & Fair Use

  • Memberships renew automatically each month

  • Credits accumulate while active

  • Rollover is tied to an active membership

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable
